Vinings Neighborhood

Vinings Neighborhood is nestled in Cobb County, a mere 10 miles northwest of Downtown Atlanta and 5 miles from Buckhead. Located along the Chattahoochee River, it has access to outdoor activities such as fishing, picnicking, and hiking trails. The area possesses a natural beauty that is undeniable and makes it the ideal escape from the stress of the big city. Vinings contains the perfect blend of charm and modern-day sophistication. The Battery

The Battery is a mixed-use entertainment district within steps to the baseball field. It is Atlanta’s hottest lifestyle destination and offers an unmatched mix of boutique shopping, a movie theater, the Coca Cola Roxy music venue, award winning chef-driven restaurants, hotels, and office buildings that include Comcast's regional headquarters, the global headquarters of Papa Johns, and the North American headquarters of TK Elevator.

Nature & Fitness

The Silver Comet Trail is a former rail trail that runs west and north through Georgia to Alabama and Tennessee. This trail allows bikers, joggers, walkers, and roller-bladers to enjoy the scenic route which includes amazing views of Heritage Park, a natural park that expands over one hundred acres. The Chatahoochee River National Recreation Area offers a 48-mile-long trail along the Chattahoochee River. There is year-round trout fishing and a 3-mile fitness trail suitable for walking, jogging, biking, bird- and wildlife-watching at the Cochran Shoals unit. You can also participate in boating, canoeing, rafting, and in summer months, tubing.

Vinings Shopping & Dining

Vinings Jubilee is a centerpiece in the historic and quaint Vinings community. It continues to be a place where friends & family connect to shop, dine, and celebrate the unique magic of Vinings. If you’re in the mood for sushi, Hibachi,or Asian cuisine, Orient Express, located in an old railroad car, is a great place to go. Old Vinings Inn offers classic Southern fine dining in an historic building. With its award-winning menu and scenic views of the Chattahoochee River, Canoe is a local favorite.

Truist Park

Truist Park, located just under 2 miles from our community, is Home to Major League Baseball’s Atlanta Braves! Truist Park is the perfect marriage of classic ballpark feel, modern amenities and southern hospitality, which creates a fan experience unlike any other. An intimate setting of 41,000 seats is designed to maximize sightlines, making every seat feel like the "best in the house.”

Downtown Atlanta

Atlanta is the largest city and capital of Georgia. Known for its rich history, modern skyline, and flourishing economy, Atlanta has a multitude of choices for things to do. Downtown Atlanta is located about 10 miles south of our community and is the headquarters to some nation-wide companies, including Coca-Cola, Delta Airlines, Chick Fil A, and UPS. If you’re interested in sports & entertainment, the Mercedes Benz Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium that is home to the Atlanta Falcons (Major League Football) and Atlanta United FC (Soccer) in addition to hosting superstar concerts. The Atlanta-Hartfield Airport is one of the busiest in the world and can take you just about anywhere.

Atlanta Attractions

Some other Atlanta attractions include Centennial Olympic Park, where the 1996 Summer Olympics were held, Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historical Park , and the Jimmy Carter Presidential Library & Museum. If you’re looking to expand your mind, you’ll find that Atlanta has some renowned institutions including Georgia Tech, Emory University, and Morehouse College. Midtown and Buckhead are two Atlanta neighborhoods that are nearby and offer some unique experiences as well.Midtown is known for its business district and Buckhead is known for boutique retail and upscale dining.

Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre

Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre, a premier venue for Broadway shows, comedy routines, concerts, performances, and plays, is located in Vinings. It is home to the Atlanta Opera and Atlanta Ballet, and hosts the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra

Pet Policy

We are a Pet-Friendly community with the following restrictions:

No animals are allowed, even temporarily, anywhere in the apartment or community without our written permission. If approved, an Animal Addendum must be signed.
No more than two animals per apartment.
A fish tank of not more than 25 gallons is allowed.
Dog breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Pit Bull Terriers / Staffordshire Terriers, Chows, Rottweilers, Akitas, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Wolf Hybrids, Presa Canarios, Alaskan Malamutes, German Shepherd, American Bulldog, and any restricted breed mix.
An animal deposit, non-refundable pet fee, and pet rent may be required for each animal.
Dog owners are required to collect a swab sample of your dog’s DNA and pay a one-time registration fee (see the office for details).
We require all leaseholders to complete an animal screening conducted by an independent, third-party pet screening vendor for all animals at the community. There is a small fee for a household pet screening Pet Profile which is a separate charge from the rental application fee. There is no charge for an assistance/service animal accommodation request and no charge for a “No Pet / No Animal.”
Reasonable accommodation requests should be submitted through the third-party pet screening vendor for review by their legal team to ensure the accommodation request meets the FHAct guidelines. Breed restrictions; size, weight, and number limitations; fee, deposit, and rent requirements do not apply to qualified & approved assistance / service animals.
